I know this might sound a little harsh, but I was wondering why 'believers' take time to read the Bible, and yet they fail to do what it says. Don't they realize that there are blessings and curses associated with behavior toward the scriptures? Too many times I have had people call or write me and ask for a solution to a 'problem' and if they would just follow what the Bible says to do, many of these 'problems' would just disappear and change into blessings. Even though we can do nothing to earn our salvation, I think it would really be a benefit to the Kingdom if at least we strived for holiness and keep all the commandments like Yeshua wants us to.

I totally agree with you Rabbi....but you know according to some people the Bible is more like guidlines then actual rules...well I say fooy on them. You know some really smart Rabbi told me once (well he was just a youth pastor then but still really smart) that the B.I.B.L.E. was Basic Insturctions Before Leaving Earth! And I think it would definatly be in everyones best interest to stop making excuses and do what God is calling us to do! Rock on!

I agree. Fluffy Christians in churches these days.... or so I call them because they just seem to do the part on Sunday, but not the rest of the week.
